Healing is Possible.
Embodied, Compassionate Therapy for Trauma Recovery.
Online Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with a trauma-informed Psychologist to reconnect you with your body, your story, and your Self.
I’m a registered psychologist offering online sessions Australia-wide. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and relational patterns. My work integrates trauma-informed, body-based approaches including Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), supporting both emotional processing and embodied regulation. Gently restoring a sense of safety, self-trust, and inner connection. Together, we create a space where all parts of you can feel seen, safe, and supported.
A safe place to begin again
Hi, I’m Bianca (she/her), a registered psychologist and board approved supervisor with a trauma-informed and mind-body approach to therapy. I support adults healing from complex and developmental trauma. If you're feeling fragmented, hyper-alert, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or your body, I want you to know: you’re not alone - and your symptoms make sense.
I combine the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model with body-based practices like Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to support deep, integrated healing. This work invites your whole system - mind, body, and spirit into the process. There is no rush, no fixing- only curiosity, compassion, and the possibility of reclaiming your inner connection.
I currently offer therapy sessions online only, which means you can access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in Australia.
Together, we explore what’s happening in your inner world with curiosity and compassion, helping you reconnect with the parts of you that have been trying to protect or survive.
Who I work with
I work with adults who are navigating:
Childhood emotional neglect or complex PTSD
Trauma from relationships, abuse, or unsafe environments
Self-harm or suicidal thoughts
Patterns of coping that might look like Obsessive or Compulsive behaviours
Persistent anxiety, dissociation, or inner criticism
A sense of disconnection from their body, emotions, or Self
Feeling overwhelmed or triggered in your role as a parent
A deep desire for wholeness and inner peace
Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first step, our work will meet you right where you are—with respect for your pace, your boundaries, and your innate capacity to heal.
My Approach - Mind and Body in Collaboration
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you gently connect with and understand the protective and wounded parts of yourself- without judgment or shame.
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) offers an opportunity to safely explore your relationship with your body, fostering presence, choice, and embodied empowerment.
Together, these approaches honour the truth that trauma lives in the body—and that healing happens through connection, not control.
“All parts are welcome. All sensations have wisdom.”
This is the foundation of my work.
In addition to therapy, I offer online clinical supervision for therapists, psychologists, and mental health professionals across Australia.
I offer supervision as a safe, compassionate space - not for critique, but for curiosity, reflection, and connection. My approach is grounded in the belief that we bring our full selves into the therapy room, including parts that feel uncertain, overextended, or reactive.
You’re invited to show up fully - therapist parts, vulnerable parts, unsure parts - without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore clinical questions, relational dynamics, and your own internal experience in a way that’s both containing and empowering.
